Mini penne with meatballs in tomato sauce

Mini penne con polpette


  • 1 jar jars Grand'Italia
    Basilico Basilico
  • 3 sheet sheets
    fresh basil fresh basil
  • 400 gram grams
    mincemeat mincemeat
  • 1 tablespoon tablespoons
    honey honey
  • 3 tablespoon tablespoons
    breadcrumbs breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon teaspoons
    mustard mustard


  1. Step 1

    Mix the mincemeat with the mustard, honey, shallot, breadcrumbs and egg, and form into small balls.
  2. Step 2

    Follow the pack instructions to cook the penne until firm.
  3. Step 3

    At the same time, fry the meatballs for approx. 10 to 15 minutes (depending on the size) until brown all over.
  4. Step 4

    Heat the pasta sauce. Roll the meatballs through the sauce and remove the pan from the heat.
  5. Step 5

    Drain the pasta and divide it between the plates. Add a few meatballs and some sauce to each plate, and garnish with fresh basil.
