Gigli with fresh spinach and salmon

Gigli con spinaci e salmone


  • 500 gram grams Grand'Italia
    Gigli Gigli
  • 1 dash dashes
    extra virgin olive oil extra virgin olive oil

    salmon steak salmon steaks
  • 300 gram grams
    spinach leaf spinach leaves
  • 1 pinch pinches
    nutmeg nutmeg
  • 20 gram grams
    butter butter


  1. Step 1

    Follow the pack instructions to cook the gigli until firm.
  2. Step 2

    Meanwhile, season the salmon steaks with salt and pepper and brown them on both sides in a generous dash of olive oil.
  3. Step 3

    In another pan, fry the fresh spinach for 2 to 3 minutes in a knob of butter. The spinach should not be too sloppy. Season the spinach with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Drain the pasta, stir in a generous dash of olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Step 4

    Divide the gigli between the plates and top with the spinach and the salmon steak. Sprinkle a little fresh pepper on top and serve immediately.
