500 grams Grand’Italia Mini Penne500 grams Grand’Italia Sugocasa (Traditional)
2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese
80 grams rocket
250 grams ricotta cheese
Preparation method
| Step 1 | Follow the pack instructions to cook the penne until firm. |
| Step 2 | Meanwhile, bring the sugocasa to the boil and reduce the heat to low. Drain the pasta and stir into the sauce together with the Parmesan cheese. Save 2 to 3 spoonfuls of sauce to garnish each plate. |
| Step 3 | Arrange three long strips (to make the Italian flag!) using the (cold) rocket, the (cold) ricotta and finally the extra spoonfuls of (hot) sauce. |
