Ingredients

500 grams Grand’Italia Mini Penne
500 grams Grand’Italia Sugocasa (Traditional)
2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese
80 grams rocket
250 grams ricotta cheese

Preparation method

Step 1Follow the pack instructions to cook the penne until firm.
Step 2Meanwhile, bring the sugocasa to the boil and reduce the heat to low. Drain the pasta and stir into the sauce together with the Parmesan cheese. Save 2 to 3 spoonfuls of sauce to garnish each plate.
Step 3Arrange three long strips (to make the Italian flag!) using the (cold) rocket, the (cold) ricotta and finally the extra spoonfuls of (hot) sauce.
