Sausages with spicy tomato sauce

Gigli con salsicce alla Siciliana

Ingredients

1 jar Grand’Italia Piccante Sauce
500 grams Grand’Italia Gigli
8 Italian sausages
1 bunch fresh basil
1 dash olive oil

Preparation method

Step 1Follow the pack instructions to cook the gigli until firm.
Step 2Meanwhile, fry the sausages until golden brown in butter or olive oil. Bring the pasta sauce to the boil, add the cooked sausages and leave to simmer for a while.
Step 3Drain the gigli and divide it between the plates. Pour a few spoonfuls of sauce over each plate and garnish with 2 sausages and some fresh basil.
