Ingredients
1 jar Grand’Italia Piccante Sauce500 grams Grand’Italia Gigli
8 Italian sausages
1 bunch fresh basil
1 dash olive oil
Preparation method
| Step 1 | Follow the pack instructions to cook the gigli until firm. |
| Step 2 | Meanwhile, fry the sausages until golden brown in butter or olive oil. Bring the pasta sauce to the boil, add the cooked sausages and leave to simmer for a while. |
| Step 3 | Drain the gigli and divide it between the plates. Pour a few spoonfuls of sauce over each plate and garnish with 2 sausages and some fresh basil. |
